The Continuous Contractor Development Program (CCD Programme) was designed for continuous personal soft skill development among construction personnel. The Onshore installation (cloud) which is the main e-learning platform installation,
The vessel installation (MLMSBox), an e-learning platform installation per vessel that is able to communicate with the ashore installation in order to receive files (updates, reporting, new courses and user data) and send back user activity reports.
The Learning Management System includes the automated training matrix module, real time reporting, training KPIs and other features that support the training procedure.
